Okay so spent some more time to find a kind of way to do it…..
Well slap me silly. I think I almost did what I wanted to do. I copy and printed a screen shot to Microsoft Paint. Then cropped that bad boy and save it as a png. No clue why png but that is what I did.
But I still believe there is an easier way….
